Dennis Scott Producer
	Dennis Scott is a recipient of a Grammy Award for Best Recording for Children as well as an Emmy. His songs have been recorded by such artists as Ray Charles, Faith Hill, Crystal Gayle, Kathie Lee Gifford, and The Muppets. His music and production have been featured on Sesame Street, Guiding Light, Who's the Boss, Clifford the Big Red Dog, and Magic School Bus. Dennis has also served as musical director for The National Child Safety Council and wrote and produced over one hundred songs for the BBC children's TV series, Noddy , which aired on PBS . His composition "Songs" was featured on the grammy award winning recording, "Elmopalooza" Awards and Honors included Grammy Award / Best Recording For Children, Emmy Award / Music Composer-Arranger with Lyrics, Grammy Award-winning featured song on Elmopalooza, Parents' Choice Award / Best Video For Children, Telly Award / Writer and Producer, Big Apple Radio Award, The American Song Festival, Daytime Emmy Awards, Best Original Song / The Coalition for Quality Children's Videos, Nashville Music Awards, The Music City News Awards. www.dennisscott.net

		Presently, Mr. Porrello is the CEO/President of his own consulting firm Marketing Consultants Plus, Inc. specializing in entertainment projects. His roster of products include, [Fitness] Billy Blanks /Tae Bo, Tony Little, Denise Austin, Leslie Sansone, Joanie Greggains , Jazzercise, Maria Conchita Alonzo, [Music] Shaquille O'Neal, The O'Jays, James “JT” Taylor/Kool and the Gang, Dunn Pearson Jr., Placido Domingo. [Children's Films and Music] The Trollies, The Flintstones, The Jetsons, Batman, Thundercats. Mr. Porrello, is the recipient of over 100 Platinum/Gold audio and video awards, plus he has won an Emmy and Telly Award for his part in the children's series “The Trollies Mr. Porrello is an accomplished songwriter and music publisher and is a member of ASCAP and NARAS.
Roger "Duke" Hatfield Executive Director
	Roger Hatfield has been a Musician, Composer, Arranger, Record Producer, and Video Director since 1966. Mr. Hatfield has received numerous awards, including 5 RIAA Gold Records, 2 Platinum, 1 Double Platinum, and the IRMA Video Award for Platinum-TaeBo.
Martin A. Berns Executive Producer
		Mr. Berns is a founder and Chief Executive Officer of MemoryLane Syndication, Inc. and the parent company MediaNet Group Technologies, Inc. Mr. Berns has over 40 years experience as a marketing consultant, including business planning and implementation, franchising , direct marketing and advertising. Mr. Berns was also Associate Producer of the "Jelly Bean Jungle" television series, and acted as Coordinating Producer for the re-syndication and distribution of the 1970's new "Howdy Doody" show.
